We listen to The Rookie podcast and the Real Estate podcast daily. We love how Ashley and Tony break down concepts and jargon to make information easy to digest. David keeps it real and delivers it straight about current market conditions. We cannot recommend Bigger Pockets enough.

Why market to real estate agents through their own paid marketing platforms? "Are you working with investor buyers and finding deals in Charlotte? The interest rates since last June have been making a lot of agents nervous. Are you against the idea of speaking more about this?"
