Each individual that we worked with at American Veterans Aid exhibited proffessionalism and a genuine care for our case. Initial process good then it dragged on and on Initial process was good, inputting all information requested was a chore but went fairly smoothly. Working out details got a little harder. It became progressively more difficult to get in touch with my assigned case manager. Neither phone messages, emails or texts were answered in a timely manner. After packet was submitted, and a submission date confirmed, silence fell. There were no more updates on progress or when we might see our funds. Total was eight months from date of submission of info (Feb) to funds appearing in our account (Sept). That was much longer than the 3-4 months I’d been told to expect.

Great company!! This company really stood up to its name and reputation. Yes we had to do a lot of leg work to produce all the necessary documents but it was worth it. When they received the documents they did the rest. All staff were very professional, kind and extremely helpful.
