The Reflex card is an awesome card for… The Reflex card is an awesome card for those working on their credit. They gave me a credit increase without asking for one. By making on-time payments, they took care of me. Definitely would recommend this card.

The customer service rep went over my… The customer service rep went over my checking account and found an extra digit listing on my account. That was the reason why my payment was not going thru because of an extra number listed. So, error was gladly corrected and no need for my bank to provide a letter.

Gentlemen that service my account did… Gentlemen that service my account did an outstanding job. Total him my situation. He immediately statrolook into a program that I could go into to bring my account back in goog standing. Prior to me speaking with him the first person was of no help. The company should hire more people that really care about the customer as he showed by the service he gave. Thank you, Barbara MCEachern

I'm a satisfied customer. I don't have any any issues with reflex, and agents are very professional courtesy. I wish reflex would offer a first time courtesy credit line increase without pulling your credit If the customer has been with the company one year.
