I'm a satisfied customer. I don't have any any issues with reflex, and agents are very professional courtesy. I wish reflex would offer a first time courtesy credit line increase without pulling your credit If the customer has been with the company one year.

Super professional and kind, creates a pleasant experience to call in and receive assistance. The representative that assisted me named Crystal was very kind and attentive. The Reflex card is an awesome card for… The Reflex card is an awesome card for those working on their credit. They gave me a credit increase without asking for one. By making on-time payments, they took care of me. Definitely would recommend this card.

The representative heard me with… The representative heard me with patients and was eager to answer all my questions. I wasn’t concerned about her not understanding what I needed from her she was polite, and willing to answer all questions and help me with anything. I didn’t understand. She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊
