Gentlemen that service my account did… Gentlemen that service my account did an outstanding job. Total him my situation. He immediately statrolook into a program that I could go into to bring my account back in goog standing. Prior to me speaking with him the first person was of no help. The company should hire more people that really care about the customer as he showed by the service he gave. Thank you, Barbara MCEachern

Greedy company Greedy company. I’ve been a cardholder for over a year, don’t have a balance. This card has a $100 annual fee. BUT They tacked on an additional $10/month “service fee” out of nowhere. Seems like the annual fee wasn’t enough to satisfy CORPORATE GREED. Closed my account and won’t be recommending this predatory company.

Melissa Made the Difference. I have called Reflex Mastercard several times, trying to obtain help in accessing my account. Your associates did not help me. Could not help me. Did not want to help me. This recent call, Melissa was able to accomplish what the previous associates could not. Melissa listened to my concerns. She was patient. Melissa was committed to helping me resolve my issues. You need more people like Melissa.
