This recent call, Melissa was able to accomplish what the previous associates could not. Melissa listened to my concerns. She was patient. Melissa was committed to helping me resolve my issues. You need more people like Melissa.

I'm a satisfied customer. I don't have any any issues with reflex, and agents are very professional courtesy. I wish reflex would offer a first time courtesy credit line increase without pulling your credit If the customer has been with the company one year.
