The representative heard me with… The representative heard me with patients and was eager to answer all my questions. I wasn’t concerned about her not understanding what I needed from her she was polite, and willing to answer all questions and help me with anything. I didn’t understand. She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊

Great Customer Service I called to make a payment on my account. Only to find out my card had been cancelled. It was a new account. The customer service agent LaShondra, was an awesome worker. After explaining to her my issue,she placed me on a brief hold and fixed the problem.She was patient and helpful. Thanks.My issue was solved.LaShondra worked until Everything was completed.

Gentlemen that service my account did… Gentlemen that service my account did an outstanding job. Total him my situation. He immediately statrolook into a program that I could go into to bring my account back in goog standing. Prior to me speaking with him the first person was of no help. The company should hire more people that really care about the customer as he showed by the service he gave. Thank you, Barbara MCEachern

The customer service rep went over my… The customer service rep went over my checking account and found an extra digit listing on my account. That was the reason why my payment was not going thru because of an extra number listed. So, error was gladly corrected and no need for my bank to provide a letter.
