The customer service rep went over my… The customer service rep went over my checking account and found an extra digit listing on my account. That was the reason why my payment was not going thru because of an extra number listed. So, error was gladly corrected and no need for my bank to provide a letter.

I called in to make a payment and… I called in to make a payment and afterwards I ask Lisa if she would tell me my last 5 transactions, she politely said yes. After going over my transactions I discovered a payment should not have still been coming out of my account. Lisa provided me with the information to call about it. I am so grateful to Lisa for her kindness, professional attitude, patience and complete thoural job. She is an asset to your company. Thank again Lisa.
