GBTook payment on day 1 , still awaiting refund after 38 days As instructed, sent in cancellation form on July 14, As of 36 days later still do not have refund check after cancelling. 3 phone calls with customer No Service response was " We will send you a check in 7-10 business days" I have heard this since July 14. Horrible service and they are not efficient in how they process refunds. They are quick to take your money though.

GBHorrible Company Be warned when you have any kind of issue. We have usually had great representatives in the past. Once something goes wrong they will do their very best to put it all on you. The woman we spoke to this morning was very disrespectful and rude. All over a misunderstanding and now they are losing our business. I will make sure to warn anyone of how this company treats their customers.

GBThis company is HORRIBLE! This company is HORRIBLE!! They have cost us THOUSANDS Because of their terrible customer service!! Our next step is a lawyer. They wrote our policy wrong and won’t fix it. We were charged almost 12,000 for THEIR screw up. No help at all. Can’t believe they still have customers.

GBBolt process The whole process from start to finish is difficult and not user friendly for the agent or the customer. The helpline employees are nice and try to help as much as they can but they are only able to do so much. A lot of time and effort for not much (if any) reward.

GBGreat policy. Lack of follow through. I just bought a business owners policy through Bolt who actually sold me a policy from Hiscox. I was told by the person at Bolt that I would immediately receive the policy documents from Hisxox via email. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my bank account by Hiscox but I didn't receive any documents until I followed up a couple of days later through Hiscox. Not sure if that was an error on the part of Bolt or Hiscox.
