GBUnprofessional and unethical company I had to submit a claim in 2018. It took Hiscox 2 years to deal with the repairs, terrible experience of having poor works done by two different companies. They finally offered me a settlement as they were unable to finish the repairs. The costs put against the claim were way higher that they should have been, and included works which were needed due to damage caused by their ‘cowboy’ builders as well as compensation costs for the appalling service. When I cancelled my policy they took out my payment for the month after cancellation.

GBHad this company for 4 years Had this company for 4 years. Every year rates went higher and Higher. Then when I files a claim they were not helpful but detrimental. They are the worst of the worst. I went to a real insurance company that exists outside the internet State Farm. Ended up $150 cheaper a month.

GBDo not use this insurer. Do not use this insurer. Failed to pay valid claims and is drawing out the process of a valid appeal so the businesses involve go outside of business. Getting employees to leave glowing reviews is up there with some shady tactics. Who feels that passionately about taking out insurance they leave glowing reviews like you’ve had, all in a couple of days? Stay away.

GBPurchasing liability insurance from… Purchasing liability insurance from Hiscox was an extremely easy process and experience. I was able to get a quote from a very helpful representative over the phone and enroll quickly. Shortly after enrolling, I received all of my policy documents. When I needed to update the policy the next day, another rep was very helpful in showing me how I could easily do that myself via their website and get the evidence of coverage I needed. So far, I am very satisfied with the service Hiscox has provided me.
