GBSteer clear from this provider! The lower monthly insurance bills seems like a great deal if you don't drive a lot...until you actually get into an accident. My car was near totaled in a not-at-fault hit and run and their insurance adjuster tried to find every possible way to deny coverage even though he prefaced that he would not. I did not get my claim approved over a minor technicality that I have never experienced with the big insurance companies, so I feel cheated. I've already switched back to a big provider to guarantee I can actually get coverage when I need it.

GBHad me digitally sign all the forms Had me digitally sign all the forms, take my odometer reading etc. The told me after calling 8 times that I had to reapply. Drop them like a bad habit. USELESS!!!

GBThis low budget ass insurance is… This low budget ass insurance is garbage literally they never answer the phone it’s like 3 of them and they all Ack slow told me the system was down couldn’t honor my towing call back in the Morning i call back she said u have to send in a receipt why wouldn’t you tell Me that in the first place my car been sitting for days better yet why did I add it if it can’t be used then said her manager told her to tell Me that then I call him he said he gotta talk to the managers he gone call me back in 10 Mins this insurance company is wack and I’m definitely canceling they ass asap it’s only 3 of them u are not speaking with anyone new they no It’s u calling as well Reasons why they take forever to answer

GBThey don’t report They don’t report so when you go look for other insurance it will be like you didn’t have insurance for however long you were with them. They “don’t record phone calls” so it doesn’t matter what they say to you, they won’t honor it when you call back to discuss it further.

GBDONT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. Their customer service line says their hours of operation are from 9am-6pm. Yet I have called doing those business hours numerous times to get the message “our office is currently closed. I attempted to cancel my policy and have received no confirmation or reimbursement in 10days. I called the claims li e as it was the only way I could speak to a human. They said they have no knowledge of why customer service is always closed and cannot help me. ridiculous.
