GBI haven't had to file a claim as of yet… I haven't had to file a claim as of yet and hope I never have to. I will say though that I was a little scared about coming over after reading some of the reviews but I saw worse reviews with Geico whom I was with and couldn't stand!! My experience with Mile Auto has been the mist pleasant experience I've ever had with a insurance company. Whether I reach out via phone or email I literally never have an issue.

GBCut off my insurance saying the bank… Cut off my insurance saying the bank declined my payment but the bank shows no decline. Didn't even notify me before cutting me off. Then say it will be another 7 days before they can get me insured and then what? Cancel me again for another 7 days? No thanks.

GBSteer clear from this provider! The lower monthly insurance bills seems like a great deal if you don't drive a lot...until you actually get into an accident. My car was near totaled in a not-at-fault hit and run and their insurance adjuster tried to find every possible way to deny coverage even though he prefaced that he would not. I did not get my claim approved over a minor technicality that I have never experienced with the big insurance companies, so I feel cheated. I've already switched back to a big provider to guarantee I can actually get coverage when I need it.

GBClaims department matches what you pay… Claims department matches what you pay for. Insurance is only useful if you are not involved in an accident. A car crashed into my car and mile auto has done nothing but added to a stressful situation. Even reached out to owner to share stressful situation and have not reached out to me. Will inform everyone I know about lack of professionalism. Lack of communication and follow up. Continued to apologize for mistakes once was called out. Response was, “this is the first time this has happened in my years working here.” Constantly putting blame on others.

GBHad my truck stolen filed a claim and… Had my truck stolen filed a claim and never heard from the claims department again. Kelly wier the claims manager is the slowest most unprofessional I've dealt with. This company overcharges for the poor service they provide. The prices may be reasonable but believe they will overcharge deny claims and underdeliver what their own Trust Prospectus 8k and 10k form requires. They are committing Securities fraud on the American People. As we all are originally insured through Social security
