I have not received one bit of contact from your company before receiving a cancellation notice because I have not sent in an additional 1637.00, doubling the policy cost 5 months after you issued it. No billing, no inquiry, nothing. I expected much more from the company, great adds, smooth sales people, poor communications. God help me if I ever have a claim!!!!!

( i do not think i am allow to mention her name ) She advised me to upgrade the outdated water pipe that supply water to the property and waited several months until the work was completed. she got me a competitive quote which i accepted without any hesitation. What I didn't know was that P.T. had approximated my discounts, which is normal, before all the reports were done, like wind mitigation. When the actual wind mitigation report came through, P.T. lowered my insurance cost by $1300.00. They sent me a refund check, which was a Godsend during this pandemic. (To be upfront, I had a new roof installed 14 months before I went with P.T. My old insurance company did nothing.
