GBNothing terrible happened—actually the… Nothing terrible happened—actually the exact opposite. I paid what I thought was a fair amount for my homeowners' insurance earlier this year. What I didn't know was that P.T. had approximated my discounts, which is normal, before all the reports were done, like wind mitigation. When the actual wind mitigation report came through, P.T. lowered my insurance cost by $1300.00. They sent me a refund check, which was a Godsend during this pandemic. (To be upfront, I had a new roof installed 14 months before I went with P.T. My old insurance company did nothing.

I have not received one bit of contact from your company before receiving a cancellation notice because I have not sent in an additional 1637.00, doubling the policy cost 5 months after you issued it. No billing, no inquiry, nothing. I expected much more from the company, great adds, smooth sales people, poor communications. God help me if I ever have a claim!!!!!

They anticipate ways to help us keep our policies up to date and make ways for expedient payment of premiums. I love this. My agent was so helpful and courteous I thought I was dreaming. GBWould give 5 stars Would give 5 stars, but I had some trouble scheduling our home inspection. They kept calling my previous phone number for some reason, and it was a big hassle getting them to change the mumber. Only had People's for a year, but other than the outdated phone number debacle, my experience is positive.
