GBVery professional I bought a policy from them 4 months back on my '07 RAV4. The car started constantly having a problem with low brake fluid no matter how many times I topped it up. Finally got around to taking it in for repair, turned out the master brake cylinder needed to be replaced. My shop sent an invoice to Champion, which they paid out the same day. Very professional company and customer service has been nothing but courteous whenever myself or the shop has called. Appreciate all their help and prompt service. These guys get 5 stars from me!

GBAnswer you phones and reply to emails Very hard to get incontact with anyone. Once you do get to talk they will most likely send you to a voice mail and will not hear from anyone one, after that, when you call you sit on hold tell the line goes dead. But if you call with a different # they will answer and then send you to voice mail. So there is no issue with the phone system, they just block/put you on a no answer list. They will not authorize even a 1/4 of the price on the parts as I have also seen on other post here. Also if you call, instead of pressing 1, 2, or 3, use ext 702-708 to get directly to people and be able to leave messages

GBI’m a current policy holder I’m a current policy holder, stay away from this company. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t talk to the person that approves or declines the claims. Costumer service has told me twice that someone will reach out to me and nothing. My car got messed up and from all the parts that had to be replace only one part was suppose to be covered by them and even then my claim was denied. I’ve called over 50 times, about 40 of the times I’ve called it says I am #1 in line but as soon as my call reaches a 5mins wait it automatically hangs-up the call. I got about 6 more payments on my policy, if they couldn’t cover this simple problem how can I trust them that if my engine or trans will be cover in the future. Oh, and by the way, I have their top tier Gold Membership.

GBThe sales people at Champion are beyond… The sales people at Champion are beyond understanding and helpful. I purchased a plan from the on June 26 2023. A month later, I had an urgent family matter come up and was strapped for cash. I called and spoke with Jack Taylor. I explained the situation and Jack was super sympathetic and immediately gave me a full refund back to my card.once I get back on my feet financially I'll definitely be giving then a call to purchase my policy.

GBlook at "F" rating with BBB look at "F" rating with BBB not accredited with BBB sold me 3 policies for my families cars refused to cancel and refund per contract. Been trying to cancel since February 2024 they do not respond to calls, emails and when I have spoken to someone they say they'll call me back and NOTHING!! Dont get scammed like this disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. Do your homework
