GBBEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale⦠BEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale pitch. I bought Gold tier level and pay in full for deep discount, took me 5 months to used the voucher for vehicle maintenance and submit the claim for it. No response about the claim since February 1 st so I try to call since April1st the line will pick up put you on hold and then drop. Email them every day.... no response. From what I read the other reviews, look like they might be out of business or still trying to correct the money as much as possible. I am filed complaint with FTC and FBI.

GBAnswer you phones and reply to emails Very hard to get incontact with anyone. Once you do get to talk they will most likely send you to a voice mail and will not hear from anyone one, after that, when you call you sit on hold tell the line goes dead. But if you call with a different # they will answer and then send you to voice mail. So there is no issue with the phone system, they just block/put you on a no answer list. They will not authorize even a 1/4 of the price on the parts as I have also seen on other post here. Also if you call, instead of pressing 1, 2, or 3, use ext 702-708 to get directly to people and be able to leave messages

GBPaid out for my engine mount replacement I purchased a policy from Champion back in December, and I'm so glad I did. My car started having issues, so I brought it into the shop. Turned out it had a faulty engine mount that needed replacement. The shop spoke with Jack Taylor at Champion, who authorized the claim the same day. They saved me the considerable expense of the engine mount replacement and were very helpful and professional. I'm very impressed by the service I received, and would definitely recommend Champion.

GBEasy and fast claims process I've had a policy with Champion since last year on my Hummer. Luckily, it's a pretty reliable car and only a few years old so I haven't needed to use this policy till recently. Anyway, recently the engine started overheating, so I took it in to be serviced. The mechanic advised me the issues stemmed from oil leaks and the head gasket had to be replaced. It was a huge expense, but I had him send the estimate to Champion. My claims agent (I believe his name was Jack Taylor) got it approved the next day and he paid the mechanic directly once the job was done. I'm very satisfied with the coverage and service I've received thus far, and would recommend this company.

GBGreat motorcycle coverage Bought a policy from Kyle on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. He totally understood what I needed from an extended warranty and got me a plan that fit that. It even included the rim and tire coverage, which was a great deal. I had to file a claim for a bent rim it sustained recently and it was a fast painless experience, they paid it out promptly. So far I'm very happy with them and they've been completely open, honest, and trustworthy.
