Have been insured 28 years Have been insured 28 years . Was treated like royalty with VPI then Nationwide acquired VPI, the transition was seem less! Same expedient/professional service. Through the years we’ve endured Hip replacement surgery, & literally everything in between. Nationwide has been a life saver. As with any insurance, If you have the proper coverage you will be taken care of. I’m truly grateful we have this amazing coverage as we move forward into Chantilly’s senior years! Thank you Nationwide!❤️🐕

Long wait for claims to be paid When I submitted an itemized invoice from the vet, they requested medical records going back several months. When I provided all the medical records, after waiting more than 30 days, they sent me a letter stating that they needed more time to review the claim.

My experience today was with customer… My experience today was with customer service & web support. I spent quite a while on the phone with Alexis trying to get into my account to file a claim for my pet. She was very knowledgeable, made several adjustments & walked me through making adjustments myself. She was able to get everything fixed & I could successfully file claims again. She was extremely patient, well spoken & friendly. My experience is first class!

Disappointed in Service received I have to say I am disappointed in the service I have received this week. The last person I talked to yesterday it seem like I bother her and she was not happy about explaining to me how to submit proof of no other coverage for pet. When I called Monday checking on the claims that showed pending, I feel like I should have been told what was needed. I could have provided that information on Monday instead of yesterday.
