GBJoel did his job for me to pay my bill Joel did his job for me to pay my bill. I did try to get a hold of customer service twice to discuss getting a discount for this year and had to wait on phone at least 20 minutes each. Hung up and called back and just paid the invoice without consideration for discount for me a disabled veteran and senior. Joel said that by filling out this review I could get a discount next year. thanks

GBAvoid at all cost Avoid at all cost. They lie. I was told by Chris the salesman that during the 30day trial period if i chose no cancel i would get a full refund. After reading other bad reviews I tried cancelling my plan and they said that company policy doesn't allow refunds during trial periods. total scam company. avoid at all costs
