Very very Helpful My agent explained everything I could possibly need to understand. Sierra was able to find many possible options and was able to re enroll me into a medicare advantage plan even though I was already signed up for regular Medicare. She took her time to answer all my questions

Your staff developed a program for me… Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.
