However she wasn't able to help me with a solution which was actually beyond her scope and means, so I don't blame her for that. Odette deserves 5 star but I took away 1 star because PSI could do better by offering multi-year health insurance coverage. I would appreciate if PSI have multi-year (1 month - 3 years) health insurance coverage for international students because in some programs and schools they demand that we have 3 years (or equivalent to our program duration) health insurance coverage so that our visa papers are approved for 3 years. I would appreciate if PSI could consider this option in the interest of international students who need it. I am a current client and registered for 1 year (max coverage) and top tier insurance. And I plan to stay with PSI for the duration of my program. Thank you!

5 stars Customer services - PSI My son is a J1 International exchange student ,enrolled for Spring semester 2024. While there is a health plan by the university , PSI has a few options available with very competitive pricing. The best bang for buck, so to speak. And throughout the enquiries, Ms Daisy from PSI gave impeccable customer services. Knowledgeable , courteous and patient. A wonderful experience.

Belinda was amazing and would recommend this service! We purchased PSI health insurance through Belinda Castro for a group of our international students. The quote arrived very quick and she sent each student an email with their health insurance card. She was very helpful in getting our students set up and we would recommend Belinda for any future opportunities!

Asking help I was in a problem to waive my University Health Insurance by putting some information about PSI, then i called customer service for help then she halped me a lot by giving step by step information untill i got everything.
