5 stars Customer services - PSI My son is a J1 International exchange student ,enrolled for Spring semester 2024. While there is a health plan by the university , PSI has a few options available with very competitive pricing. The best bang for buck, so to speak. And throughout the enquiries, Ms Daisy from PSI gave impeccable customer services. Knowledgeable , courteous and patient. A wonderful experience.

Even though I called over the weekend, and was connected to Madesin in a minute. There was hardly a hold-time. Once connected, Madesin was polite but thorough and efficient.
