Unfortunately we damaged a car (( Broker kept about EUR 210 from the deposit (it cost EUR 400 when we took a car), then we made a request to CarInsuRent. I sent them 5 letters reminding myself, but they ignore me! they asked me to write a review about myself, so now I'm writing it! do not mess if your money is dear to you! The company replied that they paid. However, they mean a completely different case. Now all my claims they answer that they have already paid. Thus, by acquiring annual insurance you are entitled to only one reimbursement, I suppose.
