The company is good, but response time slow This is the amended review for my experience with the company. After some misunderstanding, they handled my claim properly and I was fully paid by the sum charged by the rental company. Although it took a long time to receive the money eventually the company handles the claims properly. Be prepared that part of the payement goes for PayPal fees as probably this is the only way the compang pays claims. I’m ok with that, as it’s only about 3-4%, but may be useful to ask if other options are available. As well there is an additional fee if money is withdrawn to the bank account.

A very good insurer. I returned the car in Spain with small scratches, very delicate scratches on the paint, which could have arisen while parking the car. I returned the car outside office hours. I did not have the opportunity to discuss with an employee of a car rental company. After returning back home, I received several photos along with invoices for repairs. I submitted a claim and received full refund . I highly recommend carinsurent. Thank you.

Good experience Got an insurance for rental car in Iceland, while on the trip I had a tire damage that was not covered by the car rental company. Emailed a claim to CarInsuRent and got the payment fully covered without any problem. Make sure you take photos of everything before and after.

Insurance in Germany We took a rental car in Germany, insurance policy we have bought at CarInsuRent. Unfortunately we damaged a car (( Broker kept about EUR 210 from the deposit (it cost EUR 400 when we took a car), then we made a request to CarInsuRent. All money was transferred to my card in a few weeks.

The service is really great The service is really great. I use Carinsurerent for few years now, doing yearly car insurance. I had few interactions with them and always got quick answers and help. I also had an insurance case this year while travelling abroad and they solved it for me by negotiating with a rental company that returned my money back. Recommended indeed.
