Fabulous service Fabulous service. There was some damage to the car, which the rental company claimed was my fault, which I totally refuted. Following a few e-mails between them and myself, they decided to charge my credit card for the damage, and I had no option but to pay. I opened a claim at CarInsuRent, and within a few days they reimbursed me the whole amount.

Finalize the claim I have used carinsurent car hire excess insurance for 3 years. Unfortunately Avis charged me EUR 360 for a tiny scratch and also I had to claim. Although it took them 6 weeks to finalize the claim (probably due to covid19), I got the money and I am pleased to recommend.

It works! I damaged two wheel rims because of a rock on a road. Contacted Carinsurrent, asked and received permission to fix the damage in a garage before returning the car. I received full compensation shortly after submitting the claim.
