This company was highly rated on the… This company was highly rated on the Internet. Our first experience with this additional layer of coverage and we were a bit nervous. However, the documentation including the policy were spot on and timely sent to us. We did incur some damage and submitted our claim somewhat late due to personal matters, but Insurent moved the claim forward promptly and once their questions were answered we received our reimbursement through PayPal with no issues. Their follow up and communication was key to a good experience. We will use them for sure our next trip abroad.

A very good insurer. I returned the car in Spain with small scratches, very delicate scratches on the paint, which could have arisen while parking the car. I returned the car outside office hours. I did not have the opportunity to discuss with an employee of a car rental company. After returning back home, I received several photos along with invoices for repairs. It works! I damaged two wheel rims because of a rock on a road. Contacted Carinsurrent, asked and received permission to fix the damage in a garage before returning the car. I received full compensation shortly after submitting the claim.
