The price of services is really impressive, especially when you make an annual insurance. Nice attention of managers who personally called to explain me the procedure (not at once clear how to arrange annual insurance).

Very happy I have bought two yearly policies with CarInsurent so far based on the good reviews here. Thinking that I would never need to use it, unfortunately I was wrong and had an accident with my rental car while traveling abroad. I'm glad to say that CarInsuRent fully reimbursed me promptly for the excess that I was charged. I'm a very satisfied customer!

The company is good, but response time slow This is the amended review for my experience with the company. After some misunderstanding, they handled my claim properly and I was fully paid by the sum charged by the rental company. Although it took a long time to receive the money eventually the company handles the claims properly. Be prepared that part of the payement goes for PayPal fees as probably this is the only way the compang pays claims. I’m ok with that, as it’s only about 3-4%, but may be useful to ask if other options are available. As well there is an additional fee if money is withdrawn to the bank account.
