GBWith the app it is easy to input and… With the app it is easy to input and track claim status. The initial claim took about 4 weeks, as they researched my Dogs health history, but subseuent claims are processed in as few as a couple of days and direct deposited to my checking account.

GBEmbrace has been very helpful so far! Embrace has been very helpful so far. I do recommend getting your cat and/or dog signed up for an insurance plan as soon as you adopt them. The exclusion for pre-existing conditions can be quite harsh if you wait to sign them up. I will always sign up my furbabies for a policy right after I adopt them! It is MUCH better to have an accidental policy and never use then to have an accident and not have an insurance policy! With cats and dogs, anything can happen even if we are careful!

GBGreat to work with… My cat experienced a serious liver ailment. She had to be hospitalized for several days. I submitted the claim to Embrace and they settled it quickly. They kept me informed as to the progress all along the way. They copied me on emails they sent my vet, which I really appreciated. When I called them, they were friendly and helpful. GBI expected a decent amount of coverage… I expected a decent amount of coverage from you, considering that I am paying nearly $100 per month and haven’t really filed many claims. I know my dog is older, but I didn’t adopt her until she was seven. I have only had six years of coverage. My vet bill totaled nearly $4,000, but the insurance is paying less than $200.

GBI just cancelled my policy I just cancelled my policy. After 4 years the cost more than doubled. I had no claims that were ever approved. I sent 4 emails requesting the cancellation before the company responded. Very poor business in my opinion
