Fair plan that covers many costs for my 2 Rescues I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.

Prompt, easy, not cheap, but peace of mind Prompt claim processing, and easy platform to navigate. I don't like, however, how much the prices increase each year (and that you can't increase your coverage once you've reduced it). That said, it's a great peace of mind to have to know I can take my cat to the vet whenever he needs it, and not worry about how much it will cost.

My feelings about The ASPCA Insurance network I am getting more accustomed to using the newer platform. I found it complicated to have to take the bills picture first then upload from the photo site. It seems like it would be easier to take the picture while filling out the claim form but as I said I have figured it out now. There have been some longer waits but I do understand that sometimes you are busier than others but overall I am happy with your service.

Enrollment was super easy! Enrollment was super easy! I have already filed 2 claims and have received my reimbursement. They offer so much more than the other places we checked and even had added protection for my boy based on his breed he had some additional things covered.

Highly Recommend I never expected to need pet insurance for my young dog, but decided to take it out anyway. ASPCA Pet Insurance has been a blessing to us. My dog has had to use it multiple times and ASPCA is an awesome company to use. They process the claims quickly and never questioned any of the claims submitted. If you are looking for pet insurance, I highly recommend them.
