I was on a free trial with Trupanion and they were difficult to get a quote and they didn't follow up until the day my free 30 days was up. GBGreat pet insurance!!! I've had ASPCA pet insurance for a long time. It sure feels good knowing that I have a great accident policy in place for my small Chihuahua dog. I like the wellness policy for vaccines and preventative care comes in handy. The claims are settled very fast and I will be staying highly recommend!!!

GBWe changed method of payment because of a hacked credit card I have never used the pet insurance. I’ve paid the premium for 2 months but our credit card was hacked so the premium, to ASPCA “ bounced” and they e mailed us. We spoked on the phone for a few minutes and I chamged the payment to the checking account so it will automatically come out of my checking account every month on the same date. ASPCA is on top of getting paid monthly for the pet insurance.

GBThe ASPCA has ALWAYS been great - I can't believe I didn't think to look up their offering sooner… The ASPCA has always been a wonderful organization, so when I read that they were the third party provided by my auto insurance, I was thrilled. To further find that they were not only the best deal for the money AND the process of signing up, inputting claims, and getting the ball rolling was so EASY, I couldn't be happier. So far, I could not ask for a more user friendly, easy service with loads of benefits for our newest member of the family. I'm beyond chuffed. Thanks!

GBFair plan that covers many costs for my 2 Rescues I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.
