GBWe changed method of payment because of a hacked credit card I have never used the pet insurance. I’ve paid the premium for 2 months but our credit card was hacked so the premium, to ASPCA “ bounced” and they e mailed us. We spoked on the phone for a few minutes and I chamged the payment to the checking account so it will automatically come out of my checking account every month on the same date. ASPCA is on top of getting paid monthly for the pet insurance.

GBEnrollment was super easy! Enrollment was super easy! I have already filed 2 claims and have received my reimbursement. They offer so much more than the other places we checked and even had added protection for my boy based on his breed he had some additional things covered.

GBMy feelings about The ASPCA Insurance network I am getting more accustomed to using the newer platform. I found it complicated to have to take the bills picture first then upload from the photo site. It seems like it would be easier to take the picture while filling out the claim form but as I said I have figured it out now. There have been some longer waits but I do understand that sometimes you are busier than others but overall I am happy with your service.

GBNOT worth the money The ap does not let you upload Docs, have to do it online. (Even though Ap has a spot for it, it does not allow the uploads from a phone) I have uploaded my invoice 3 times, and just received a call that I have not uploaded it. My first and only vet appointment was not paid at all. I am most likely canceling both pets coverage!

GBFair plan that covers many costs for my 2 Rescues I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.
