SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY !! I was frustrated with this travel insurance :) They pay nothing with all my medical expenses or they might just can not afford to pay about 13K USD hospital bill. The processing of claim took bout 7 Months and all they could said is my case is pre existing condition while they know i got food poisoning few days after having holiday. Even the doctor has explained to them thru MEMO and showed them my illness is an acute not pre existing but they insist my admission is not an acute sound they are more qualified than the physician LOL. Even their Claim Department have no GUT to email the doctor LOL what a strange right? They never concern with your sickness even they never want to reach the doctor directly LMAO Long processed claim and pay nothing even made many times appeal they will just keep saying the same things :) NONSENSE or just a SCAM Company :) JUST AVOID THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE OR YOU WILL LOSS ALL YOUR MONEY WITH ALL THEIR NONSENCE STATEMENT :)!!!

A new way to think of insurance Insured Nomads is really the only solution out there for nomads or expats. Working with them is a dream, nothing like the typical insurance experience. From day 1 on, I knew that I can trust them to have my back, something that is VERY much appreciated especially when abroad. I am thankful, to have such great coverage. They really came through for me!
