KEAmazing Customer Service! I have been so impressed with this company since I originally signed up a year ago. Every time I reach out to my representative he responds immediately and is incredibly helpful. I honestly don't know where I've ever received such great customer service. Thank you!!

PTefficient but pricey Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues. Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process. A bit pricey..

GBJenny is Awesome! Jenny was incredibly responsive. I initially reached out via the chat and within minutes she emailed me. In only 1-2 emails she uncertified the issue and resolved it. Could not have asked for more.
