A new way to think of insurance Insured Nomads is really the only solution out there for nomads or expats. Working with them is a dream, nothing like the typical insurance experience. From day 1 on, I knew that I can trust them to have my back, something that is VERY much appreciated especially when abroad. I am thankful, to have such great coverage. They really came through for me!

terrible customer support Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."

efficient but pricey Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues. Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process. A bit pricey..

The best insurance booking experience I… The best insurance booking experience I have had so far. The site is easy to use and the simplicity of the polices are easy to understand. They also come with a lot of extra benefits that others I looked at like World Nomads and Nationwide don't - including coverage for stolen phone, laptop, camera, and personal liability. They also access to crisis response (panic button), mental health, telemedicine, airport lounge for delayed flights etc which is pretty great
