GBFor the very first time I needed to… For the very first time I needed to submit a claim because I became very ill towards the end of our trip to Eastern Europe. I needed to see a doctor and was able to get treatment for a virus condition. I submitted the requested receipts with my claim form and was reimbursed for those expenses in a very timely manner. I always insure my travel experiences with Allianz because of their great service!

GBWell worth the money It was well worth the money for the insurance. I had bought expensive tickets and 2 days before the show, my mom passed and I had to travel out of state. The process was simple once I had all the paperwork together and a decision was made quickly. I really appreciate all your help.

GBMy airline ticket refund We cancelled our trip due to a minor medical issue that arose. The Allianz insurance process was generally ok. The only frustration was the number of documents snd exactly which documents they needed to verify snd Get to the finish line. Process could be clearer like “ we need a copy of your medical record” rather than a long list of various Documents that can be required.Check came fast that was nice.

GBClaim process was quick and simple The online claim form was easy to complete, and it allowed me to quickly upload my receipts. Within a week of filing the claim, I received notice that the claim was approved and a check (for more than what I had claimed!) had been deposited into my bank account!

GBEasy claim filing, prompt approval, getting paid not so impressed. Claim process was easy to fill out, we got prompt approval, asked for direct deposit and have yet to receive it. Not impressed with customer service, English speaking person seems to be absent. Hard to get customer service without jumping thru several prompts. Not sure that we would use you again, we will see how long it takes to see our money.
