GBPretty easy and quick It was pretty easy to gather the information needed for my claim and post it. And I received my refund in 3 days! Giving 4 stars because I didn’t know until after I started the application that I needed a letter from my physician. I tried to save my info, but had to start over anyway. For medical claims, please let people know before they start posting info that they need this letter!

GBI never paid too much attention to the… I never paid too much attention to the travel insurance until the day that I needed it. My wife had an unforeseen accident that resulted in surgery. She could not travel for 6 weeks. I am very thankful to Allianz travel Insurance. They were very efficient and covered all cost. Now I have money to plan our next trip in a few months. Thank You !!

GBInformation is presented clearly and easy to understand. I have traveled to multiple countries and cruised multiple times each time taking the Allianz insurance offered thru the tour operator. I researched annual policies and found I could save money and feel protected. Very happy.

GBEasy claim filing, prompt approval, getting paid not so impressed. Claim process was easy to fill out, we got prompt approval, asked for direct deposit and have yet to receive it. Not impressed with customer service, English speaking person seems to be absent. Hard to get customer service without jumping thru several prompts. Not sure that we would use you again, we will see how long it takes to see our money.

GBMy airline ticket refund We cancelled our trip due to a minor medical issue that arose. The Allianz insurance process was generally ok. The only frustration was the number of documents snd exactly which documents they needed to verify snd Get to the finish line. Process could be clearer like “ we need a copy of your medical record” rather than a long list of various Documents that can be required.Check came fast that was nice.
