GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. My laptop screen was cracked. I sent to Securranty for repair. After several weeks, they told me laptop was not repairable and they'd send me a used replacement laptop. I told them the manufacturer was willing to fix it for $250. Regardless, they insisted on sending me a replacement laptop. The replacement was significantly inferior, with less RAM and storage. I again reminded them my original laptop could be repair for $250. After several weeks of delay, they finally agreed to repair my original laptop, but required I send the replacement laptop first. At this point, over 2 months had passed. There were delays in having them send my laptop to the manufacturer for repairs. Literally, 4 months after I sent laptop, I finally received my laptop. I then said I wanted to cancel my policy and receive a pro-rated refund. Originally, they agreed. After several weeks of back and forth, they cancelled my policy but refused to give me a refund, stating I had already had a claim. So, they basically cancelled my policy but still had me pay the policy fee. Terrible. I would never trust them with any of my electronic devices ever again. I literally spent well over 10 hours on the phone/email dealing with them to get a basic repair accomplished.

GBWorst website Worst website, I have 2 kids that need cromebook insurance. Put the first kid through after getting bumped off the registration several times, the next day I wanted to add kid 2 to the plan can’t find an add button or menu item that will let me do it. Figuring I missed it or something I called support, only to be told that I would have to use a different email address and set up a second account. Now I have to manage 2 different accounts for the next 4 years, I’ll bet my kids could build a better site.

GBSo far, so good Haven't had to file a claim yet so i dont know how well that process is yet. So far when purchasing the year insurnace it was fairly easy. However I still haven't been able to get my account set up. It wont work every time I have tried. I will have to call customer service. Also my only complaint is that I bought the insurance the day I received my chromebook brand new and the only option for what condition it was in was "used". When purchasing the insurance, it was brand new. Other than that, great service so far.

GBChromebook insurance I have been purchasing insurance for my kid's Chromebook for 3 years. When I call, they are very helpful. Great customer support. Happy with the service.

GBSchool provides computer so purchase… School provides computer so purchase date on form is irrelevant and causes some confusion with people signing up. The choices from drop down menu's is extensive which requires research on the student's computer which can be cumbersome. A specific listing for a specific school, highlighted etc. could provide much more clarity for parents.
