GBI attempted to purchase a policy… I attempted to purchase a policy through Neptune. I added my payment information on their website, and only then did they allow me access to read the fine print. Upon reading the fine print, I elected not to purchase the policy. But it was too late, they had already taken my money. Now they are slow walking getting me the refund and refusing to allow me to talk to senior management to get the refund turned around in a timely manner. Bottom line, no thanks, I will never use Neptune in the future for anything.

GBGreat Customer Experience Great Customer Experience Website was easy to use and getting the quote and policy was straightforward. There was a minor glitch where my property was mapped to the wrong location. But the customer service team reached out immediately, explained the issue, requoted the policy, and taught me so much about insurance in doing so. Appreciated the patience, professionalism and overall great customer service from Kyle!

GBThank You Kudos to Neptune Flood! We had a concern with our Policy and were unable to resolve the issue through normal channels. After raising the issue directly with Neptune they resolved the problem within 24 hours. While it's preferable not to have an issue in the first place, it's good to see positive and timely response to fully address the problem.

GBAccording to the FEMA map According to the FEMA map, my house is not in a flood zone, but FEMA wanted a new updated survey done, so they told my mortgage company that I was in a flood zone, forcing me to either get a LOMA and pay for a survey, or get flood insurance. Fortunately Neptune only charged me 650 per year, that I had to pay out of pocket, the full amount, right away (no monthly payments). So I guess when you're getting screwed, everyone gets a turn, and Neptune was very good at it.
