GBNot trust worthy Texted a question about roof reimbursement, if they deprepciated it etc. Found out later they wrote it up as a claim. Asked for the claim documents and details and they couldnt find it. Everyone I communicated with was clueless concerning insurance. Left them. So glad I never had to file a real claim with them. I swear it is run by children.

GBI put in my claim while on the phone… I put in my claim while on the phone with a live representative, who walked me through sending the correct paperwork by emai.? The people l spoke with were very patient with me and helpful, which l so very much appreciate! I received my claim for the exact amount that l had read would be covered. GBMy claims have always been a fast turn… My claims have always been a fast turn around, I've never seen a company that does exactly what they advertise for my Fur Baby at least, please keep up the fantastic job with your monthly cost and great services provided!

GBThis is for house insurance This is for house insurance. The claim process has been stressful and horrible, we have had three adjustors come out to our place, and it has been almost a year since the damage (tornado) and we have not had a resolution yet. Our desk adjustor, Morgan Ford, is really hard to reach in person. I would suggest going to a in-state, in-person insurance, but not Lemonade.
