GBThis is for house insurance This is for house insurance. The claim process has been stressful and horrible, we have had three adjustors come out to our place, and it has been almost a year since the damage (tornado) and we have not had a resolution yet. Our desk adjustor, Morgan Ford, is really hard to reach in person. I would suggest going to a in-state, in-person insurance, but not Lemonade.

GBWAITING ONE YR FOR CLAIM WAITING ONE YR FOR CLAIM The website has reviews from people who went through a loss and supposedly received really quick assistance for things such as an apartment flood or missing bicycle. My MacBook and pricier wristwatch was stolen, last year, which is when I filed a claim. I’m still waiting for them to pay out.

GBFirst claim submission First claim submission, simple process. Never needed to talk directly to anyone. The policy guidelines were clear and everything I expected to be covered in my claim, was in fact covered. Refund was fast as well - my claim return was deposited 3 days from my submission. For peace of mind about our little guy, pet insurance was well worth it. Lemonade made the process easy at an already stressful time. Would recommend.
