He took his time with explanations and always had my best interest in his explanations & suggestions. I especially liked his willingness to provide me with his contact info for any follow up.

My rent went up $100. and took the miserly extra $100. we were given for, well, it’s far from adequate in keeping pace with inflation. If the Government was interested in the people, there would be no waste of money on subsidizing for profit insurance. The money would be for the people, and dentists would be subsidized.

Medigap Enrollment First, an agent answered my call rather than getting sent to voice mail. Then, the agent was helpful in identifying a suitable plan and describing payment options and discounts. Finally, she took me through the enrollment process. She was helpful and patient throughout.

Recently I contacted your company and… Recently I contacted your company and there was a woman named Gabriela Viola who helped me with my issues concerning health benifit plans such as supplemental with Medicare etc! I want to report to you that I would wait for five hours on line of the phone or insist to do business with her no matter what anyone else told me or recommended to me! This girl or woman is the very best I have ever spoken to or dealt with! She even listened to my sad story of accidents and divorce and many troubles! I am a combat Veteran from Viet Nam who has 100 per cent ptsd! She thanked me for my service and showed me the most respect when my short term memory was not letting me hear and write everything down! I would like to give her 25 stars and not just five! SO honest!!! SO understanding!!! I was having a boatload of problems with the company I had been with, and so I wanted to make sure that ALL of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. It took up a lot of someone's time and that person was so understanding, not pushy at all even when I asked the same question more than once. Now the only thing I have to worry about is whether the company that I chose who lives up to what I was told and I can't answer that yet because that's for the future.
