He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help me after other representatives at another branch had dropped the ball. GBA Real Hassle It's too hard to get a replacement bank card working. It comes with no instructions a barely legible number on the back, their phone help puts you on hold forever on a silent line and eventually disconnects you gives you broken reference numbers and finally afterv6 hours. My bank card may finally work (I haven't tried it yet).

GBI've been banking with Bethpage FCU for… I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for 15 years, primarily at the North Babylon branch. The service is great. The tellers are very polite and helpful. I'm especially happy with the Assistant Manager, Nydia. She is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. As long as Nydia is there, I'm going nowhere.
