Reverse mortgage I was interested in a reverse mortgage. Marsha Colantino was my first contact. She is very knowledgeable about reverse mortgages and explained things for me on my level of understanding. Marsha made the process very simple. Even after I received the reverse mortgage she has answered all questions that I have had. Marsha is a valuable asset to Mutual of Omaha.

They intentionally do not cover modern dentistry They only approve base metal crowns after a root canal despite knowing that this is rarely done and looked upon as an old method. Many dentists will not even do these. This leaves the patient to pay for the "upgrade" to ceramic crowns themselves. This would be like a medical insurance only paying for some old fashioned surgery as a loophole to save themselves money and not cover their patients. This is downright unethical to intentionally only cover an old method. Would avoid budget companies like them when choosing dental insurance for your company or self. Update: they contacted me and confirmed that they only cover the cheaper outdated metal crowns. Avoid this company if you have a choice.

Mutual of Omaha paid out on my husbands… Mutual of Omaha paid out on my husbands cancer policy within 48 hours of documents being submitted. He only had this policy for a year and a half. Very good experience and highly recommend their critical care/cancer coverage policies. They came through when we needed them the most.

Company denied that I was an insured Company denied that I was an insured! Very limited network of dentists which really doesn't matter because they don't pay many claims!

Word of advice Word of advice - when mailing in a claim, send it CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT, b/c magically my claims are never received. Convenient, huh? Also could we possibly come into the year 2024 and be able to upload claims directly to the website? I swear this company will do anything to not pay a claim. Do better.
