GBOne of the WORST insurers It appears they think of themselves as physicians as they choose to deny, deny and deny medications and dosages as if they know better than your doctor what medications and dosages you should have to treat any specific diagnosis. I Only a couple more months and I will be able to dump them for a better insurer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Do yourself a favor and search elsewhere for coverage.

GBLife Insurance Agents BEWARE Life Insurance Agents, Customers & Potential Customers BEWARE!!! This company will rescind an application for Life Insurance in a Heart Beat but they don't do a detailed check on a potential customers' Medication History because I as an Agent Found out last year after my client's claim was denied after he paid every premium on time for 19 months. They claim he did not answer a question properly but they failed to investigate the client in detail before approving him. They refused to pay a claim, left his wife in despair and rescinded the entire policy and sent a tacky letter that said "had they known, they would have never given him a policy" So why is it they didn't know??? You are underwriters that is your job to check prescriptions history. As I mentioned, they said in all honesty, they don't have access to all drugstores prescription systems. So people BEWARE they will approve the client anyway and if they die, they will just send the beneficiary a tacky letter, look for reasons not to pay a Death Claim and then come after the agent and threaten them if they don't pay the company back which is horrible because you got some ethical and professional agents out there that work hard for their clients and it is embarrassing to represent a company that will make you look like a fool by not keeping their end of the bargain. You take people money, you lie about approvals but in the end..you fail! AGENTS TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR BUSINESS..THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE BETTER AND WITH MUCH LOWER PREMIUMS AND THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE DRUGSTORES SYSTEMS TO CHECK YOUR CLIENT OUT BEFORE MAKING THEM A CUSTOMER! PROTECT YOUR CLIENTS RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBThe worst experience ever The worst experience ever! They sent me an e-mail with the temporary card without any notice that it hadn't been eligible yet! I found that right on the dentist's chair! Hopefully, at this moment I did an x-ray only. Okay, I paid by cash, and waited for 2 days for another e-mail which said that now my insurance was definitely working and I could go to the dentist. I made an appointment to the next day. I was so shocked when found that my policy still hadn't been in the system! That's ridiculous! Moreover, the support told me that it could appear in the system... by the next week! So they didn't know the exact date when it should happened. I canceled my policy and asked for a refund. I don't recommend anyone to buy insurance there!

GBChris Sullivan's promise of $500 due me. Frank Strom I would like to share an experience that i had with Chris Sullivan..Managing Director..Mutual Of Omaha. On Friday, July 7, 2023 at 04:19:59 PM PDT, Chris Sullivan e-mailed me the following. I’m still working on getting you paid, there’s been some unforeseen glitches in our system, I appreciate your patience. On July 7, i also received an email from Shawna Melville, the recruiting manager for California, Concord office. She stated that Mutual Of Omaha were now processing a check for $500, due me. I received the direct deposit on July 11. .. I was originally promised the money on June 9TH.,by Chris Sullivan, managing director , in the Concord office. His prior communication with me was on June 22. I'm sure this is not the way Mutual Of Omaha conducts business. I would like a letter of apology from Chris Sullivan. Thanks for your attention to the above matter. I remain, Frank Strom.

GBNew customer experience My initial introduction to Mutual of Omaha was with Richard Wentz. I made the call after seeing an ad on TV for reducing the cost of my supplemental insurance. Richard enlightened me but I still needed the approval of my brother (we run everything by one another) Not able to locate Richards number I signed up with another agent. The timing was right. Since Richard Wentz did the foot work, I think he deserves acknowledgement.
