IEONE STAR is TOO much! ONE STAR is TOO much! I tried to send money to Indonesia, first time it went no problem, second time it was cancelled, I was asked to provide SELFIE with my driving licence. I did. Then transaction went OK, after this I tried to transfer money 4 more times, and each time transaction was immediately cancelled. I've sent multiple emails, I've contacted them via form on the website. I tried to ring UK and German customer service, and I only got automated message, there is no option to talk to a person. Paypal won't help me, and XOOM didn't resolve this issue. I'm really annoyed and stressed, as I got someone awaiting the money, and it was hard to explain why sometimes money goes sometimes it doesn't made me look like a liar, who just doesn't want to send the money, cause twice it went, and then it just didn't for NO REASON. I'm absolutely fuming, wasted nearly a week on this.

GBAVOID Attemped to make my 1st transfer today. £100 from a UK card to a UK bank. Firstly I didn't know I had to download an Xoom app (I tried through PayPal initially) , then I uploaded a document as proof. Still waiting, zero response or indication document has been received and what is even happening. Now in panic mode as I can't afford to lose this money! It's shocking with the poor reviews that this company is allowed to operate. Avoid and money transfers via this site!

GBI send money to Colombia through xoom I send money to Colombia through xoom, not only they discount a lot of money for each "Peso" (300 pesos for each dolar) which makes it very very pricy but also sometimes it takes a long time to send the money or not send it at all, when you call the agents they always blame the "associated Banks". Good luck trying to get the money back fast!!!!

FRDo not transfer money with Xoom Do not transfer money with Xoom, they will lock it in their system and ask you for a bunch of useless information then give no timeframe on when you will receive it. They are thiefs withholding peoples money without justification.

CRYou might have more luck sending cash in an envelope The app: Pros - it exists Cons - you’ll spend 1 hour going through a pretty harrowing UX and find out 3 days later that the transaction was cancelled. Customer support: Pros - prompt responses Cons - contents of said prompt responses are utter nonsense that makes you realise they don’t actually know anything about their own product.
