GBGet worse and worse At first, the transfers are quick but the currency convert is way lower than current rate, then it takes days or week to complete transactions. when calling for estimate the delivery time and date, it keeps give me reason like “technical issue 0n third party and will be resold today”. same answer for 3 days continuously. At fourth time, it also gave me same BS answer even though i call 3rd party bank, they told me there is no issue at their bank and Xoom does jot send any transaction to them. i told Xoom representative, they said let them check and inform me that the technical issue has been resolve and expects my transactions will be complete next few hours. After these finished, i will not use Xoom no more. Avoid this as much as you can. disappointed.

GBJust terrible Just terrible! I sent money to my friend and xoom hold it for a week for some security check, no answered to my emails. And after I called started to ask about my friend, why I sending her money, how long I know her and how we met. That ridicules! And my private information. After I answered they told me my recipient can’t to get money for security reason and they plan to hold my money one week more!!!

GBAn honest review An honest review: I spent about 3.5 hours on different calls with Xoom today, every person I spoke to was calm and had good service which kept me calm. However, my transaction was cancelled after I sent through bank statements, passport documents and pay slips (I do hope they do not store this data on their servers or share with third parties). On every call I was promised the solution was resolved and every time this was inaccurate as I had to go through verification and compliance x4. Just now I spoke with Ron and he confirmed after passing verification and compliance 3x that I can no longer use their service. The hilarious part is that my occupation is a senior cyber security Head for a global brand but yet still I didn't pass security. I am at a loss for words, if you have other options or means to send money please use them. Avoid Xoom at all costs.

DECustomer Service is very poor. Look for other options, Xoom has the worst customer service ever. Sent my friend in South Africa money over a week ago and it was supposed to be deposited in their account on the 7th of Feb 2024. 6 days later it hasn’t been, and i haven’t received any notification why it’s being delayed. Have tried 1000 times calling them but ehhh, sent them an email, as of yet no reply also:( . Only if someone had told me from the beginning…

GBI send money to Colombia through xoom I send money to Colombia through xoom, not only they discount a lot of money for each "Peso" (300 pesos for each dolar) which makes it very very pricy but also sometimes it takes a long time to send the money or not send it at all, when you call the agents they always blame the "associated Banks". Good luck trying to get the money back fast!!!!
