GBIt's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.

GBI was clearly double charged for 3… I was clearly double charged for 3 different transactions on my account 01/04/2024 . For what I’m not sure when I only purchase the item once .. took forever to get in touch with customer service when I finally talk to a rep she made no sense at all saying they where pending transaction when clearly they say posted .. put me on hold to try to redeem her lie and came back still not making sense so I’m going to just start withdrawing my money from this when spark deposit my little check . I work to hard for my money to be getting scammed.

GBThis is our paycheck’s This is our paycheck’s. And only limiting $ $400 a day for withdrawals is unsatisfactory So there is know way to get our funds until 3 to 5 days later , SUCKS. We need a better way to retrieve our money to pay our bills.

GBIf I could give it 0 stars I would If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route
