GBIf I can put zeros I would my account… If I can put zeros I would my account got hacked multiple times and not once did the notify me or anything. They are a joke. Spark driver needs to go with a better company. Got hung up on the whole sha-bang. Still fighting with them today to shut down my account, still haven’t after I went through the whole process.Red flag!! Save your time and go with an actual bank or a trusted one that will alert you on theft etc charges.

GBThoughts on branch and banking Branch is great be stopped deposited money in my other bank my only complaint is not all bills show up as spent right away ,but that’s probunly creditors not charging right away ? My honest opinion though is with the governments greedy power scheme of CENTRALIZED digital currency people shouldn’t be the only ones worried

GBThe rep was awful Jayla was awful! She cannot read and has no comprehension skills. I advised to her I haven’t logged into my account because it gave me errors due to them having wrong info I’m assuming as I’ve never set a passcode or anything. She proceeded to argue that I supposedly did and I said well there must be a breach in security and she just screenshot my email and sent it to me. Like what an absolute idiot. She shouldn’t or I guess he depending on what that person is shouldn’t be in customer service if they aren’t going to work on a solution. As soon as I get access to my account I am pulling my money out and closing it as I would never do business with such crappy people. Do better Branch. Maybe you will have more than 2 stars yikes!

GBThe reps I've talked to were decent… The reps I've talked to were decent enough. However, I would advise against using it. Even for Uber. It takes days to get an Email address changed and forever to even get a rep on the phone. Unfortunately, Ubers security algorithms can randomly lock you out of your instant pay accounts without being able to edit them for days at a time too. So rn I don't trust either. My only recourse is pulling my days earnings straight from a branch free ATM and depositing the cash directly into my own banks ATM.
