GBThis is our paycheck’s This is our paycheck’s. And only limiting $ $400 a day for withdrawals is unsatisfactory So there is know way to get our funds until 3 to 5 days later , SUCKS. We need a better way to retrieve our money to pay our bills.

GBThe reps I've talked to were decent… The reps I've talked to were decent enough. However, I would advise against using it. Even for Uber. It takes days to get an Email address changed and forever to even get a rep on the phone. Unfortunately, Ubers security algorithms can randomly lock you out of your instant pay accounts without being able to edit them for days at a time too. So rn I don't trust either. My only recourse is pulling my days earnings straight from a branch free ATM and depositing the cash directly into my own banks ATM.

GBAbove and beyond customer service from Luke! I can easily say the customer service is above and beyond, working with Luke was great! He had a super sense of humor and helped a lot out in the end. Totally 5 star service!

GBCharging for transferring money and… Charging for transferring money and also getting money early off your pay check is not kosher it’s a deterrent from doing either. After this last payback I will not be using the branch service anymore!!

GBIt's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.
