GBAmazingly terrible customer service Amazingly terrible customer service. Over 12 business days to change an email address and it’s still not done. No one at customer support can actually help or do anything. Everything done through email and even when you ask to speak with someone other than a person that answers the phone after being on hold for 45 minutes they can not even do that because they are in a call center somewhere. This app is terrible and was forced to get it. Do not use branch if you have a choice. Update. It is now another 7 days later and still no contact from branch on resolving the issue. The reply they sent is more of the same. This is a horribly run app that claims to be a banking app. I have never seen such terrible customer service let alone from what is supposed to be a “financial institution” their words not mine.

GBThe reps I've talked to were decent… The reps I've talked to were decent enough. However, I would advise against using it. Even for Uber. It takes days to get an Email address changed and forever to even get a rep on the phone. Unfortunately, Ubers security algorithms can randomly lock you out of your instant pay accounts without being able to edit them for days at a time too. So rn I don't trust either. My only recourse is pulling my days earnings straight from a branch free ATM and depositing the cash directly into my own banks ATM.

GBIf I could give it 0 stars I would If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route

GBHave had absolutely no problem with my… Have had absolutely no problem with my direct deposit or my funds. I receive exact what I expected on time every week and I love that we have to options to control arm withdrawal limits ,❤️

GBWhy should anyone have to sign up for this unsecure free garbage ? The fact that you are free and get driver's SSN is shady as hell. Maybe fix the issues causing 1 star reviews instead of having a nice webpage. Lowest bidder is sad when it comes to handling worker's pay and personal info is dangerous and unnecessary security wise .....
