Avoid wasting your time Avoid wasting your time. Took them 1 month to review our application and ask us thousands documents. Although we said our website is not ready , forcing me to have at least one landing page and at the end of the day , they said due to risk of your business we are not able to offer you an account. We are distributors of well branded UK suppliers and work with our suppliers more than 7 years. Why on the earth buying from suppliers and distribution could have the risk . We didn't ask for any kind of credit or loan or over draft . It's just a simple business bank account. By reading other bussiness reviews am glad that we didn't used your bank as it seems to me you are a total scam .

I live in a country where delivering a… I live in a country where delivering a debit card is not very easy. But they made sure I get my card in a very safe way although it's not the normal process they can usually deliver the card. Really appreciate that they went the extra mile for me, thanks a lot.

FIRE great online service! FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.

Clear and concise answers from the Support Team!!! Clear and concise answers!!! We had some issues with our company account being invoice twice by a hotel in the Netherlands, further to our stay. Wrote to the support staff at Fire and we received a very clear and detailed reply within 48h, from Alice, who explained that the amount had only been held as a pre-authorization on our debit card, and were immediately refunded to our account when the hotel told us it should take 30days.. Well done Fire, in a world that is increasingly becoming more and more digital, you need a bank that can step in and reply to your query and provide assistance so that you don't feel ''forgotten''... Thank you again and keep it up...

Disappointing user experience Disappointing user experience. Not the smoother well developed products coming from competitors. It doesn't feel or look like any time went into the design or how it's used. Tried to give feedback to this and was ignored.
