GBHighly recommended! Great bank for digital businesses! Great bank for digital businesses! We’ve used Fire for 3 years now and they are such a useful bank backed up by a friendly and responsive team. They’ve helped us with many items and are easy to reach by email, so refreshing not to have to waste time on phone calls and waiting. Couldn’t recommend more for busy entrepreneurs and really like the security feature like sms payment approval and dual currency accounts which make running an online business with a distributed team really secure and easy to manage.

IEAbsolute waste of time (Possible Identity Theft) Absolute waste of time. Thier initial onboarding email says they only need a few identification documents. 2 weeks later expect to still be sending them things. Then, for no reason they just reject your account. I am concerned now that it was an identity theft scam.

IEWe’ve had a business account with Fire… We’ve had a business account with Fire for four years and their service is awesome. I would recommend Fire to any business owner looking for fast, convenient banking. Technologically they are way ahead of the pack. I have total confidence in their support team who respond immediately with knowledgeable and informed solutions no matter how trivial. Fire is also blazing a trail with Open Payments, making it easy for us to accept payments directly from our clients’ bank accounts with no credit card or third parties involved. The future of business banking!

IEVery high transaction limits for cards We are banking with Fire for the digital ad campaigns of our clients and we are quite happy so far. Their debit cards have very high transaction limits which is very useful for digital ad agencies. The only drawback is that they only accept SEPA payments, not SWIFT. Their customer service is also very responsive and that's why I recommend Fire.com to everyone.

GBThere is no end of this charade There is no end of this charade. First FIRE claimed that it has been complaints from another bank, but refused to tell us more. Then they told that a client had done a recall regarding a payment. That was untrue, the client did know nothing about this. Now suddenly the claim that the account is frozen because" the authority of the courts" has demanded that. Lie, after lie, after Lie.
