PTFIRE great online service! FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.

GBBusiness and personal account customer Been with Fire for a couple of years now and can easily recommend them. The app is simple, reliable and easy to use. Due to new security measures there is a bit of a convoluted way of logging into my business account, but it's worth it for the added security. Customer service is great too, any query I've raised has always been answered within a few hours.

FRAvoid at any cost So i was on firebank for 6 months and suddenly my payments stopped being received by my suppliers. I sent an email to the support, and guess what ? Account disconnected. No more answers Nothing 20K lost

GBI started a FIRE.com business account… I started a FIRE.com business account two years ago to use when invoicing clients in the UK and Europe. The performance and service have been excellent. Firstly it's a real bank account (two actually - EUR and GBP). I get my own IBANs just like any other bank. Secondly incoming and outgoing transfers are rapid. Incoming UK BACS credits the same day if received by 1530 GMT and incoming EURO SEPA by 1630. Finally the APP is slick and reliable and the security is strong, I get notifications in real time on all spending. Customer Service is good as well, far superior to a high street bank. The only quibble is some exotic payment methods will bounce back - like WIREs, but you just have to educate clients on that. First class product.

PTClear and concise answers from the Support Team!!! Clear and concise answers!!! We had some issues with our company account being invoice twice by a hotel in the Netherlands, further to our stay. Wrote to the support staff at Fire and we received a very clear and detailed reply within 48h, from Alice, who explained that the amount had only been held as a pre-authorization on our debit card, and were immediately refunded to our account when the hotel told us it should take 30days.. Well done Fire, in a world that is increasingly becoming more and more digital, you need a bank that can step in and reply to your query and provide assistance so that you don't feel ''forgotten''... Thank you again and keep it up...
