One year in. No refund or product. It started as a case of unfortunate circumstance for Parley labs and slowly transitioned straight through embarrassing incompact to fraudulent behavior. I purchased a miner on April 7th. After many deadline shifts (that may be due to Nebra) I finally gave up and filled for a refund on Dec 11th. Website states refunds takes 30 days for transactions over 90 days. Well 3 unreturned emails and 60 days later, still no refund. I filled for refund before they started the "blanket refund process". Even if Parley labs isn't some ponzi scam, it may be the worst run company I've ever interacted with.

Love these guys Been a customer now for over a year and absolutely love these guys, the team and my main rep Thuong 🙏. I've ordered probably a half dozen times now batches of different brands of miners and accessories, mounts, antennas, enclosures. Personally I also like that they are in SoCal so shipping and delivery is convenient. Only hiccup I've had was regarding some Nebra miner orders last year but that was more a manufacture issue not them. Even through all of that I appreciate all the updates from their team and helping me readjust those orders for other items.

Gabriel was AWESOME, ready to mine and join! Gabriel was AWESOME in answering my questions and getting me squared away with a replacement miner for the Nebra that was never manufactured and provided for me from April 2021. Got a SenseCap M1 at a great price, and also did it with zero headache. Thank you, Parley for making it right and doing the best you could in this situation for customers.

Parley Labs is a great place to get IoT sensor - IN STOCK!! I've been using Parley Labs to purchase IOT sensors as I expand my testing/learning of IOT. They have a nice "official" feel, but also have a very personal side as I have asked them to do some small things for me. I plan to continue purchasing from them.

Exceptional service and great customer support. The service Parley Labs provided was exceptional and customer service was top notch. We had an issue with the EG25 modem module due to different revision. I inquired which rev they are stocking. They ended up sending us both revisions they have in stock to test out. We found the one that works and ship back the rev that did not work. Parley Labs even sent us a shipping label for free returning.
