Excellent Company. Will Buy From Again. Everything I ordered from stock shipped out within a week (Hotspots and Antennas). There were some issues with Nebra hotspots not being able to be fulfilled due to production issues from Nebra. However, as soon as they received those units they were shipped immediately.

I started using parley labs in 2021 I started using parley labs in 2021. Other sites i've used all ship from china and in the united states that leaves me waiting weeks, sometimes months before i get my product. Whenever I ordered accessories their department has been quick to update me with tracking and it comes within a few business days. On top of that their content and FAQ's made helium much easier for me to install and deploy. Since last year this has been my goto marketplace for helium accessories.

$1000 Preorder from 4/7/2021 and NO MINERS NO REFUND AS OF TODAY 2/5/2022 Preordered 2 miners and spent about $1000 in April 2021. Parley Labs wrote to every customer, in Nebra preorder batches 4/5, stating Parley Labs is cancelling all orders and will issue a refund. That email was from December of 2021. It is February of 2022. No miners, no refunds, I was told I would receive an e-check and never received it. Parley Labs is now not responding to any communications.

One year in. No refund or product. It started as a case of unfortunate circumstance for Parley labs and slowly transitioned straight through embarrassing incompact to fraudulent behavior. I purchased a miner on April 7th. After many deadline shifts (that may be due to Nebra) I finally gave up and filled for a refund on Dec 11th. Website states refunds takes 30 days for transactions over 90 days. Well 3 unreturned emails and 60 days later, still no refund. I filled for refund before they started the "blanket refund process". Even if Parley labs isn't some ponzi scam, it may be the worst run company I've ever interacted with.
