Love these guys Been a customer now for over a year and absolutely love these guys, the team and my main rep Thuong 🙏. I've ordered probably a half dozen times now batches of different brands of miners and accessories, mounts, antennas, enclosures. Personally I also like that they are in SoCal so shipping and delivery is convenient. Only hiccup I've had was regarding some Nebra miner orders last year but that was more a manufacture issue not them. Even through all of that I appreciate all the updates from their team and helping me readjust those orders for other items.

Nebra sucks; ParleyLabs made it right I ordered Nebra miners a year ago from Parley and Nebra. Nebra poorly constructed their business operations and eventually dumped my orders. Thankfully I ordered from Parley as well. Parley took a huge hit on Nebra as I did and they were very upfront about the situation while making it a PRIORITY to call me and provide corrective actions. As a business owner myself, this is above and beyond. ParleyLabs made the Nebra tragedy right with me as a customer. Because of this I will maintain and grow my business connection with Parley.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! pre ordered 5 Nebra hotspots in March 2021. In October still no miners so requested a refund. It's now Feb 2022 and I haven't recieved anything but excuses and a lack of communication. A joke of a business, I hope they crash and burn they will never recieve another cent from myself and anyone I know.

Excellent Company. Will Buy From Again. Everything I ordered from stock shipped out within a week (Hotspots and Antennas). There were some issues with Nebra hotspots not being able to be fulfilled due to production issues from Nebra. However, as soon as they received those units they were shipped immediately.

Past Issues Resolved! I had ordered multiple Nebra miners in 2021 and due to fulfilment issues, I was unable to receive them. I set up an appointment to help resolve this matter and Hung T. was extremely helpful. He managed to explain everything and offer a solution in a very timely manner. Great service, thanks, Hung! Looking forward to my order!
