GBThey have great prompt customer server… They have great prompt customer server with a genuine, clean tidy application “crypto / NFT” wallet. I really like the app over all of the others options I’ve tried, it offer everything you need, from getting currency to selling it as well as trading NFT. It’s just a good all rounder and tbh one I will be supporting for a long time to come. 😊

GBLost access to my account I hadn’t used Zengo for a while and I wondered what had happened to the small amount of money I had in my account. Unable to login, I spoke with customer service who were great at responding & asked me to look for a ‘do not delete Zengo’ folder in my iCloud. Well, I located the folder but it’s empty and I can assure you I have never touched it. So my account it gone - and with it some residual amount. Thank god it wasn’t more money. I won’t be using again as I find this so unbelievably suspect. *Of course I am not suggesting Zengo have access to my icloud - I just question whether the rescue file was ever created in the first place...

CAI'm very happy with Zengo! I'm very happy with Zengo. I'm fairly new to the crypto world, and I find it extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate and understand. Easy to send/receive/buy/sell etc. There's a Help Center in the settings area where you can contact customer service if you need help.

INCustomer support is very good Customer support is very good. Jacobo was very supportive and helpful with my problems. Also, Some of my crypto got blocked because it dont support polygon network yet. I hope it get started soon so that i can use zengo more often.
