Best bank best service best plans ! I had reached out to NBKC customer service to request a letter stating all of the deposits made this year for my business account, for an apartment I am leasing. I was lucky enough to connect with Heather. Heather got me the letter over within minutes, which helped me secure my apartment!! The next day I needed to reset my password so I used their chat service , I was connected to Heather again. How awesome ! I have banked with NBKC for over a year now for my business account and they are nothing short of GREAT. I live thousands of miles away in Rhode Island, and choose to bank with NBKC because of their checking program and awesome customer service !
